"The Murder At Asbury Park" was not designed for the

inside the work will not function, however... (For
example, the links from the Index to a certain page, or
from the pages to the Notes, or from one section to
another. This is not a big problem, though...Are you using something other than an iPad? if it accepts PDF files, you should be able to read "The Murder At Asbury Park." |

Now open CHAPTER_1 Folder. The open folder should look something like this: |

(There are 15 sections to the first chapter.)Now simply upload the contents of a folder (Chapter 1, in this example) into iTunes in the usual way you upload PDFs files or other files. For Chapter 1, you should also upload the Cover Page (MURDER_AP.pdf) and the Appendix (APPEN.pdf). The Cover Page and Appendix are actually outside the first chapter folder. You see the Cover Page as soon as you open the CD; the Appendix you will find in the ENDSCTS Folder. That makes a total of 17 files.Once you have uploaded, sync the files with iTunes in the usual fashion. On your iPad put the files in ascending order by pressing down on a file and dragging with your finger. Since you can’t tell the names of the sections on the iPad (to move them into the correct order), refer to your computer.First Chapter order on the iPad: |

The first chapter files should look like like this on your iPad Bookshelf: |

To
read, open the files in the usual way. When you finish
reading one of the sections, simply open the next. Access
to the Notes section is just as easy.
Of course, you could (I
guess) upload every chapter before you start reading --
and have the whole book on your iPad -- but that would be
a lot of files! |

You can "pinch" the page to
make it larger or you can read horizontal (landscape mode)
